論壇背景
近年來，我國橋梁事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，成績非凡，打破了多項(xiàng)世界橋梁紀(jì)錄，為世界橋梁建設(shè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新貢獻(xiàn)了中國智慧和中國方案。湖北省位于長江流域中心位置，擁有長江最長岸線，交通樞紐地位突出。湖北省的大跨度橋梁建設(shè)之路是我國推進(jìn)科技自立自強(qiáng)、堅(jiān)定邁向橋梁強(qiáng)國的生動縮影。本屆論壇將依托世界交通運(yùn)輸大會平臺，致力于拓展大跨度橋梁建設(shè)及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的國際學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作，以湖北省大跨度橋梁建設(shè)為例，探討大跨度橋梁工程建設(shè)中的設(shè)計(jì)理念和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題，凝聚共識，促進(jìn)我國大跨度橋梁建設(shè)的發(fā)展。本屆論壇將有6位本領(lǐng)域?qū)＜規(guī)黻P(guān)于大跨度橋梁建設(shè)技術(shù)最新進(jìn)展的報(bào)告。

【專家簡介】正高職高級工程師，國務(wù)院政府津貼專家，全國五一勞動獎(jiǎng)?wù)芦@得者，中國公路學(xué)會專家委員會委員。負(fù)責(zé)或主要參與完成了荊州、巴東、鄂東、荊岳、陽邏等多座長江大橋的勘察設(shè)計(jì)。獲國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)、全國優(yōu)秀工程勘察設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)、國際橋梁大會古斯塔夫金獎(jiǎng)和全球道路聯(lián)盟杰出工程設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)。出版技術(shù)專著1部，發(fā)表專業(yè)技術(shù)論文40余篇，參與編寫和審查多部交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)技術(shù)規(guī)范，擔(dān)任《橋梁建設(shè)》、《世界橋梁》等行業(yè)核心期刊編委。
【Introduction】Senior Engineer, the State Council allowance expert, winner of May lst Labour Medal, member of Expert Committee of China Highway & Transportation Society. He is responsible for or mainly participated in the survey and design of Jingzhou, Badong, Edong, Jingyue, Yangluo and other Yangtze River Bridges. He has won the National Prize for Progres in Science and Technology, the National Outstanding Engineering Survey and Design Award, the Gustav Gold Award of IBC and the Global Road Alliance Outstanding Engineering Design Award. He has published 1 technical monograph, more than 40 professional technical papers, participated in the compilation and review of several technical specifications of the transportation industry, and served as the editorial board of "Bridge Construction", "World Bridges" and other core journals in the industry.

【專家簡介】中鐵大橋局集團(tuán)有限公司總工程師，教授級高工。長期從事橋梁設(shè)計(jì)和施工組織設(shè)計(jì)工作，先后主持或參與完成了天興洲長江大橋、大勝關(guān)長江大橋等三十余座特大型橋梁工程的技術(shù)攻堅(jiān)任務(wù)。發(fā)表論文10余篇，國家發(fā)明專利近90項(xiàng)，實(shí)用新型專利27項(xiàng)，獲省部級和國家行業(yè)協(xié)會科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)特等獎(jiǎng)7項(xiàng)、一等獎(jiǎng)11項(xiàng)。2018年獲“湖北省勞動模范”榮譽(yù)稱號，2019年獲“湖北省有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專家”稱號。
【Introduction】Mao Weiqi is currently the chief engineer and professor-level senior engineer of China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., LTD. He has engaged in bridge design and construction organization design work for a long time, and has successively presided over or participated in solving and finishing over 30 key technical tasks of super bridge engineering, including Tianxingzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge, and so on. He has published more than 10 papers, nearly 90 national invention patents, 27 utility model patents, and has won 7 special prizes and 11 first prizes of provincial and ministerial and national trade association science and technology progress awards. He was also awarded as Model Worker of Hubei Province in 2018, Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Hubei Province in 2019.

【Introduction】Xiao Haizhu is the Chief Engineer of China Railway Major Bridge Reconnaissance & Design Institute, Expert of China Railway. He has won the title of Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Hubei Province and enjoys special government allowance from The State Council. 【專家簡介】朱玉，博士，正高級工程師，中交第二公路勘察設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司橋梁設(shè)計(jì)院副院長、總工。從事大型橋梁設(shè)計(jì)、咨詢及設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、橋梁產(chǎn)品研發(fā)等工作20余年，主持和參與的項(xiàng)目包括鄂黃長江大橋、越南順福大橋、四渡河大橋、黃河三峽大橋、公路橋梁標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖與應(yīng)用技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略研究等。獲國家及省部級優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)、咨詢獎(jiǎng)、科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)等20余項(xiàng)。研發(fā)橋梁產(chǎn)品10余種。獲相關(guān)專利20件。主參編各類規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)15部。發(fā)表論文20余篇。
【Introduction】Dr. Zhu Yu is the Chief Engineer & Deputy Director of Bridge Institute, CCCC Second Highway Consulting Co., Ltd. Over the past 20-year professional career, he has been engaged in long span bridge design, Chinese standard road bridge design, consulting and reviewing, research and codes editing of bridge engineering, etc., and some typical works are Ehuang Yangtze River Bridge, Vietnam Thuan Phouc Bridge, Siduhe Bridge and Huanghe Sanxia Bridge, Standards Drawing of Highway Bridge and applied technology strategy research. He has achieved more than 20 National and Provincial/ Ministerial Awards, including Excellent Design Award, Consulting Award, and Science and Technology Progress Award. He has developed over 10 kinds of bridge products, which have been patented 20. He has participated in editing 15 Chinese design codes, and has published 20 papers.

【專家簡介】廖原，教授級高工，從事大跨度橋梁勘測、設(shè)計(jì)、咨詢研究工作20年。代表作品有：武漢三官漢江公路大橋（主跨190m雙塔PC部分斜拉橋）、丹江口漢江公路大橋（主跨260m高低塔PC斜拉橋）、香溪河公路大橋（主跨470m雙塔組合梁斜拉橋）、嘉魚長江公路大橋（主跨920m雙塔非對稱混和梁斜拉橋）、丹江口水庫特大橋（主跨760m雙塔地錨式混和梁斜拉橋）等。目前正在主持設(shè)計(jì)武漢都市區(qū)環(huán)線高速漢南長江公路大橋。
【Introduction】Liao Yuan, professor-level senior engineer, has been engaged in survey, design, consulting and research of long-span bridges for 20 years. His representative works are: Wuhan Sanguan Han River Highway Bridge (double-tower PC partially cable-stayed bridge with 190m mainspan), Danjiangkou Han River Highway Bridge (high-low tower PC cable-stayed bridge with 260m mainspan), Xiangxihe Highway Bridge (double-tower composite beam cable-stayed bridge with a 470m mainspan), Jiayu Yangtze River Highway Bridge (double-tower asymmetric hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge with a 920m mainspan), Danjiangkou Reservoir Bridge (double-tower hybrid beam earth-anchored cable-stayed bridge with a 760m mainspan), etc. At present, he is presiding over the design of Hannan Yangtze River Highway Bridge, which is part of Wuhan metropolitan area highway ring.

【專家簡介】陳艾榮，同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院教授。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)闃蛄喝珘勖芷谠O(shè)計(jì)理論、橋梁風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估、橋梁美學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)等。曾獲國家教委一等獎(jiǎng)，上海市科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)，優(yōu)秀工程咨詢一等獎(jiǎng)，國家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)等。國際學(xué)術(shù)組織IABSE和IABMAS的國際科學(xué)委員會委員。編寫或參與編寫200多部著作。先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、863項(xiàng)目、國家科技支撐計(jì)劃等。研究成果應(yīng)用于蘇通大橋、潤揚(yáng)大橋、杭州灣大橋等50多座大跨徑橋梁。
【Introduction】Chen Airong, professor, works in College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University. His research fileds include life cycle design theory of bridge, bridge risk assessment, bridge aesthetic design, and so on. The awards he has received include the First Prize of State Education Council Award in 1995, the Third Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Shanghai in 2000, the First Prize of Outstanding Engineering Counseling in 2003, and the First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress in 2009, etc. He has been invited to serve in international scientific committees of IABSE and IABMAS, and he is the author or co-author of over 200 scientific publications. He has been in charge of National Natural Science Foundation projects, 863 projects, National Science and Technology Support Plans, etc. He studies has been applied to more than 50 long span bridges, such as Sutong Bridge, Runyang Bridge, and Hangzhou Bay Bridge.

【專家簡介】教授，同濟(jì)大學(xué)橋梁工程系副主任，中國公路學(xué)會橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)和工程分會理事副秘書長、IABSE技術(shù)委員會核心委員，WTC橋梁工程學(xué)部秘書長，IABMAS中國團(tuán)組秘書長；交通運(yùn)輸部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才。主研領(lǐng)域?yàn)闃蛄涸O(shè)計(jì)理論與方法、橋梁工業(yè)化與智能建造、橋梁長期性能保持與提升。主持、參與國家、省部級及重大工程科研項(xiàng)目50余項(xiàng)，研究成果為蘇通大橋、泰州大橋、盧浦大橋、獅子洋大橋等國內(nèi)二十余座大橋工程提供支持。
【Introduction】Ruan Xin, professor and doctoral supervisor of Tongji University, serves as Deputy Director of Department of Bridge Engineering, Tongji University, Deputy Secretary General of Council of Bridge Structure and Engineering Branch and member of Youth Expert Committee of China Highway & Transportation Society, core member of Technical Committee of IABSE, Secretary General of WTC Bridge Engineering Department, Secretary General of IABMAS China Group. He was selected as young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leader of the Ministry of Transport. His research interests include bridge design theory and methods, bridge industrialization and intelligent construction, and long-term performance maintenance and improvement of bridges. He has presided over and participated in more than 50 national, provincial and ministerial level and major engineering research projects, and the research results have provided decision-making support for more than 20 domestic bridge projects, such as Sutong Bridge, Taizhou Bridge, Lupu Bridge, and Shiziyang Bridge.
